J. Donald Dacey
Chairman & CEO
Donald did his basic training in international banking in Europe and the Middle East, then cut his teeth in New York in financing and advising new ventures and finally joined a start-up in the emerging energy services industry. He served as Executive Vice President, CFO and Vice Chairman for the fast growing enterprise that was sold in 1996 to a NYSE company for $226 million. Donald joined going-there from the outset as Chairman.

Jörg Pikolin
Chief Operating Officer
Jörg has been in the airline business since 1988. His position as a strategist with Lufthansa German Airlines has led him to specialize in international alliances, negotiating agreements and bilateral partnership deals. He was a contributor to the well-known Star Alliance. More recently, he spearheaded a merger project between three of the world's largest cargo airlines. Jörg is responsible for the strategic management of going-there. He is a graduate of the University of Hagen in Germany.

Richard Tyrrell
Senior Editor
Irish-born Richard is team leader for the going-there web resource. During the 90s, he worked in journalism, freelancing for The Guardian, The Independent, The Sunday Times, and many other publications in Britain and overseas. After a degree in pharmacology, his career then took him into arts management, public relations and IT training. He was Chairman of the Poetry Society of Great Britain in 1993/4. His most recent project, prior to joining going-there, was as contributing editor to the Encarta Book of Quotations.

Chuck Stewart, CRP
Director of Business Development
Based in Dallas, Chuck has over 20 years experience in relocation. He worked with Cendant, where he moved from Director of Destination Services to Regional Director for Mobility Broker Services, for 12 Southern States. Prior to that he managed destination services for the Hughes Missile Systems group move into Tucson, AZ, involving 2,500 employees and their families. He is also active in pro bono work and is on the board of For Goodness Sake!, benefiting children's charities. Chuck earned his BBA in marketing and finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Kay Mathieson-Adams
Global Operations Manager
A New Zealander by birth, Kay has spent longer living in Europe, Australia, USA, and finally London, than in her native country. A degree in Commerce from Canterbury University NZ, led to a 20-year career in the travel industry in a business-to-airline marketing environment. In the UK, her background in corporate rentals and sales has provided essential insight and expertise for her migration to Going-there as Global Operations Manager. Working closely with our teams around the world, Kay is involved in helping to train and mentor best-practice skills in our Destination Consultants.
