Eva has wide international experience. Originally from Barcelona, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in marketing and tourism, she worked in senior product management positions from the 1990s in her native Spain and in the U.S.
She has been involved in the introduction of new pharmaceutical and consumer brands in over 80 countries. This corporate background has given her a deep understanding of the need for relocating executives to adapt quickly to new environments.
‘Spain has some unique challenges,’ she tells us, ‘particularly from the point of view of its bureaucracy. But it’s also a country used to foreigners of all backgrounds, and accepts people easily, especially if they make an effort with the language.’ Her intimate knowledge of Barcelona is of great help to assignees in making the transition to Spain.
